Working with us is stress-free and straightforward. We are honest about our pricing, the estimated length of time your project will take, and what it takes to complete the job. From the very beginning, a project manager will oversee and faithfully guide each phase of construction until it’s time to pop the cork to celebrate move-in day.
Here’s how we’ll build a house you’ll love.
Our initial process starts with getting to know you—your lifestyle, how you see your family living in your new home, and how you want it to serve you. This highly collaborative step helps us discover and truly understand your goals and needs. We will explain our services, pricing, and make recommendations on your project. During this time, we will discuss whether you will utilize your existing plan, customize one of our beautiful floor plans, or work with an architect to design something entirely original.
Discovery
During the design phase, your feedback is essential. We make sure the plans for your home represents your unique preferences. Once your floor plan and options are finalized, we provide timely pricing with your contract so you can have realistic expectations of your budget. Separate meetings for interior and exterior finishes will be scheduled later with our in-house designer to ensure your individual style gracefully flows from the inside out.
